Lalonde Strategies was built for a specific kind of business owner - one who has worked hard to build something real, but finds themselves stuck in the middle of everything. Too busy to lead, too essential to step back, and not quite ready to hand control to someone else.
We provide operations support - the systems and coaching that let the week run without a full-time manager and without giving up how things run. Healthcare practices, trades, salons, and other service businesses. Diagnose, install, coach the person who stays.
