When hands-on support is needed, we show up in person - but most of our work is designed to empower your team from a distance so you can focus on leading and growing.
We are a small, highly experienced team of operational specialists and systems thinkers who have collectively managed clinics, built businesses, optimized processes, and supported leadership across healthcare and service industries. Together, we bring deep expertise in workflow optimization, team coordination, administrative systems, and practical implementation that delivers results.

Meet the Founder
Cindy Lalonde is the founder of Lalonde Strategies and currently serves as Practice Administrator at a busy veterinary hospital. With more than 25 years of hands-on experience that includes Hospital Manager, Lead RVT, Certified Veterinary Business Leader (CVBL), Licensed Practical Nurse, Director of a non-profit, and small-business owner, she has personally led complex hospital operations, team management, workflow optimization, scheduling, inventory, client experience systems, and administrative leadership.
